As the director of customer loyalty marketing for LendingTree, LCC, Lisa Forlenza is responsible for the creative development, analysis, execution
and reporting for the company’s Lifetime Value initiative, which has experienced a 57% percent growth increase under her charge since its official launch.
Prior to joining LendingTree, Ms. Forlenza spent five years with First Union, first as a copywriter for the company’s corporate marketing department before
being promoted as the copywriter for First Union’s Evergreen Mutual Funds, where she was responsible for the division’s creative and advertising writing.
She holds her bachelor of arts degree in English literature from Dickinson College and a master of arts degree in English from Winthrop University.
