Nagwa Pfingston joined hawkeye | FFWD one year ago last September. She spent 13 years on the client side of Marketing with American Airlines and
Pizza Hut, Inc. While at American, Nagwa launched the mileage reward and redemption program for AA Vacation packages and worked with AAdvantage
partners on cooperative direct marketing initiatives. Nagwa joined Pizza Hut to head up CRM programs and partnered with FFWD in 2001 to develop
and launch the Very Into Pizza Rewards Program. After working with hawkeye | FFWD for three years she decided to jump to the agency side of the
tracks and now heads up the Pizza Hut account team and helps
