Dan Fleishman – As Wachovia sponsorships and alliances marketing director, Dan Fleishman played a vital role in establishing the Wachovia Championship, the first new spring PGA TOUR event in 25 years. His team oversees sponsorships across professional sports franchises and universities including the New York Giants, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Braves, the Wachovia Complex and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Prior to joining Wachovia in 1998, Fleishman was director of marketing partnerships at the National Basketball Association, where he was responsible for managing and selling NBA, WNBA and USA basketball sponsorships to corporations including Coca-Cola, AT&T, IBM, Lucent Technologies, General Motors, Lee Jeans and State Farm Insurance. Fleishman is a native of Boston and has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Dartmouth College.
